Specializes in criminal and economic law. He has experience in representing natural and legal persons in court proceedings in criminal cases - particularly in economic and penal-fiscal cases (including white collar crimes, extradition processes, money laundering). He defended both representatives of capital companies and public figures against criminal and penal-fiscal charges, such as allegations of conductiong so-called tax carousels or money laundering.
Additionally, he is interested in compliance issues and provides support to business clients, in particular companies conducting cross-border activities. He manages the British Desk and advises clients from the UK area. He also conducted re-privatization processes and participated in the commercialization of commercial facilities.
He graduated from University of Warsaw. He attended courses at the American Law Center at the University of Warsaw and postgraduate studies in Compliance at the Warsaw School of Economics. He also passed the Trinity GESE Exam.
He is fluent in English, German and Russian.
